Scotland’s most dynamic and innovative traditional-style harpist, Catriona McKay, returns to her home town with electronic music guru, Alistair Macdonald.
Catriona is best known for her work as a solo harpist and member of Fiddlers Bid. Alistair is a composer and performer of electro-acoustic music, Creative Scotland award winner and Director of Electro-Acoustic Music at RSAMD. Together, their live sets are an extraordinary mix of live instrumental improvisation, surreal soundscapes, and psychedelic textures from pre-recorded sounds and live audio transformation.
